The Tour Guide
— Mark & Dilek Johnson
My wife and I recently decided we wanted to move to Charlotte. Neither of us have ever owned a house or knew anything about buying a home and all of the things that it entailed. I called a few REALTORS® in the area and left messages for them stating my case and awaiting a call back. I talked to a few people in the area but no one seemed to be on the same page with us.
Then, someone named Jason Gentry of RE/MAX Executive Realty called. Immediately my wife and I got the sense that Jason would work hard to help us find what we were looking for. I told him our wish list and what our price range was and we made an appointment to meet with him the following week. From his website we were able to pick out numerous properties that we might be interested in and Jason put a portfolio together for us. As we looked at each property Jason was very knowledgeable about each one and the area they reside in. We had never been to Charlotte before and because Jason has a background in architecture, he was also very knowlegeable about the city and each of the buildings and was able to give us a tour of sorts as we drove from one location to the next. If there was a question we had and he did not have the answer, he worked hard to get us the answer for that question, and I as said before we are first timers so as you can imagine, we had alot of questions.
Overall, Jason was a great person and made the buying process fun and enjoyable. If you are looking to relocate to Charlotte, or, you already live in Charlotte and are looking for someone who will help you find a home that is perfect, Jason Gentry is the right person for you. Jason Gentry isn’t just a good REALTOR®, he’s a great friend.
