The Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association reports that July homes sales increased 16.9% (4,383 properties sold), compared to July of 2014. Sales are down just slightly compared to last month at 1.2% decline.

Average sales price showed a 5.6% increase to $255,125 compared to the same month last year.

Average list price increased 4.8% to $274,811 from $262,310 from July of last year. Pending sales counts for the month of July totaled 4,163, a 17.9% increase of last month.

The CarolinaMLS shows a 3.9-month supply of inventory with 13,410 properties available for purchase.
